First Official Team Practice!

GC Velo held it's first official team practice this afternoon. The team started from G&C Headquarters in Crystal City and cycled approximately 14 miles, including two loops at Hains Point in Washington, DC. They practiced drafting, cadence, sprints, and endurance techniques. GC Velo is building team skills quickly and looked good in their first practice. The ride was a great start to an exciting cycling season!
